摘要
冰壶运动进入中国不久,不过,我国冰壶运动员所取得的成绩却不容忽视。与其他体育项目相比,冰壶项目虽然具有一定的观赏性和休闲性,但同样会对运动员的体能提出非常严格的要求,因此,本文主要探讨了冰壶运动项目非冰时期的身体训练。由于冰壶运动缺乏完善的训练环节,而且关于冰壶训练的身体训练理论研究较为单一。在冰壶训练中,不仅要加强冰雪时期的身体训练,还要加强非冰时期的训练。
Curling movement entered China soon, but the achievements of our country curling athletes can not be ignored. Compared with other sports, curling has a certain degree of appreciation and leisure, but it will also put forward very strict requirements for the athletes' physical f itness. Therefore, this article mainly discusses the non-ice age physical training of curling sports. Due to the lack of perfect training links in curling sports, and the physical training theory of curling training is relatively single. In curling training, we should not only strengthen the body training during the ice and snow period, but also strengthen the training during the non-ice period.
