摘要 目的:研究MRI与CT在脑梗塞诊断的应用和对比。方法:以2018年1月至2018年6月期间我院神经内科住院治疗的98例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,进行MRI与CT在脑梗塞检测和诊断,观察CT与MRI诊断脑梗塞的总体检出率、不同梗塞部位检出率、不同脑梗塞病灶形态。结果:MRI(100%)对脑梗死的检出率明显高于CT (68. 4%)对脑梗死的检出率,具有可比性义(P <0. 05);不同发病时间之间(发病时间分别为〈12h,12 h~24 h〉24 h),不同的检测方式之间进行比较,12~24 h与发病超过24 h的患者,无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),检测发病时间小于12h的患者,两者之间有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。相对CT检测,MRI可以检出更多的病灶数量,其检查出微小病灶的能力显著更强,且MRI可以在更短的脑梗死时间就可以根据图像判断出脑梗死,上述项目的对比差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),经过对患者进行CT与MRI检测,观察发生部位,MRI对额叶部、顶叶、基底节区和丘脑部的梗死检出率均显著高于CT组(P <0. 05)。结论:在早期脑梗塞诊断中,MRI较CT有更高敏感性,对脑梗塞的治疗有重要指导意义,有更好的应用前景。 Objective:To study the application and comparison of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:98 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our department of Neurology from January 2018 to June 2018 were studied. MRI and CT were used to detect and diagnose cerebral infarction. The overall detection rate of cerebral infarction diagnosed by CT and MRI, the detection rate of different infarction sites and the shape of cerebral infarction lesions were observed.Results:The detection rate of cerebral infarction by MRI (100%) was significantly higher than that by CT (68.4%) with a comparable meaning (P < 0.05);there was no statistical difference between the different onset time (12 hours, 12 hours to 24 hours) and different detection methods. Difference (P>0.05), detection time of onset was less than 12h, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with CT detection, MRI can detect more lesions, its ability to detect small lesions is significantly stronger, and MRI can be in a shorter time of cerebral infarction can be judged according to the image of cerebral infarction, the differences between the above items are statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the patients with CT and MRI detection, observation occurs. Location, MRI detection rate of frontal lobe, parietal lobe, basal ganglia and thalamus were significantly higher than CT group (P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI is more sensitive than CT in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction, which has important guiding significance for the treatment of cerebral infarction and has a better application prospect.
