摘要
乳化性能是反映功能型聚表剂提高采收率能力的重要参数。为确定功能型聚合物对大庆原油的乳化性能,进行了乳化实验。实验用的聚合物为大庆油田常用的海博Ⅰ型聚表剂、炼化Ⅰ型聚表剂和普通中分聚合物,原油、清水和污水取自大庆采油一厂。通过乳化设备制备不同聚合物浓度、不同剂油比条件下的乳状液,测量不同条件下乳状液的析水量,对3种聚合物的乳化能力进行对比分析。研究表明:相对于普通中分聚合物,聚表剂具有较好乳化原油能力;随着聚表剂浓度的增加,析水率逐渐降低,乳状液越来越稳定;当聚表剂浓度大于临界浓度时,黏度上升的趋势非常明显,相应的乳状液聚并速度明显变慢;乳化能力最好的聚合物为聚表剂海博Ⅰ型。
The emulsifying ability of functional polysurfactant is an important parameter to evaluate the capacity of enhancing the recovery. In order to determine the emulsifying properties of the functional polymer to Daqing crude oil, the emulsifying experiment was carried out. The polymers used in the experiment are three kinds of the polymer commonly adopted in Daqing Oilfield: Haibo Type-I polysurfactant, Refining Type-I polysurfactant and the ordinary medium-molecule-mass polymer, the crude oil, fresh water and sewage are taken from Daqing No.1 Oil Production Plant. The emulsion was prepared by the emulsifying equipment under the conditions of different polymer concentrations and different agent-oil ratios, the amount of the water bleeding from the emulsion was measured under different conditions, and moreover the emulsifying abilities of these three kinds of the polymer were compared and analyzed. The study shows that the polysurfactants have much better oil emulsifying capability than the ordinary one;with the rise of the polysurfactant concentration, the water bleeding rate decreases gradually, and the emulsion becomes more and more stable;when the concentrations of the polysurfactants are greater than the critical concentrations, the tendency of the viscosity increase is very obvious, and the corresponding emulsion aggregation speed is significantly slower;the polymer with the best emulsifying ability is Haibo Type-I polysurfactant.
