滨州市农作物秸秆综合利用技术及优选分析

摘要 滨州市耕地面积46.53万hm2,种植结构以小麦、玉米、棉花为主,理论秸秆产量约580万t/a,主要利用方式包括肥料化(70%)、饲料化(20%)、燃料化+基料化+原料化(10%)等。结合当地实际,优选出了小麦/玉米秸秆"青贮饲料+秸秆还田"、棉花秸秆"生物质颗粒燃料+生产原料"、零散秸秆"沼气/沼渣+有机肥"为主的综合利用模式,分析了秸秆综合利用的长效机制。 The area of arable land in Binzhou City is about 465,300 hm2, and the crop cultivation structure is dominated by wheat, corn, and cotton, which theoretical crop straw resource is about 5.8 million t/a. The main ways of straw utilization include fertilization(70%), feedstuf(20%), fuelization+substrate+raw materials(10%). Combining the local reality, the mainly comprehensive utilization model such as "silage feed + straw ploughing under the field" mode for wheat/corn straw, the "biomass particle fuel + as production raw materials" mode for cotton straw, and the "biogas/biogas residue + organic fertilizer" mode for scattered straw were recommended, which put forward the long-acting mechanism of comprehensive utilization of straw.
