摘要
本文以Y集团为例深入剖析了企业人才分类评价选拔机制和人才分类评价考核机制建设内容、评价方式及具体举措,阐明了人才分类评价结果应用的激励约束机制,为大型企业人才评价工作提供借鉴参考。
In the case study of Y Group, this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the personnel classification, appraisal and selection mechanism in enterprises and the content, evaluation methods and specific measures for personnel classification, appraisal and evaluation mechanism, and made clear the incentive and restraint mechanism of the application of personnel classification and evaluation results, providing reference for large enterprises to evaluate personnel.
