摘要
铝电解槽在长期运行过程中出现槽壳长侧板鼓肚、摇篮架开焊断裂以及电解槽出铝和烟道两端上翘等变形现象,严重破坏电解槽炉膛内型,给电解槽指标带来不利影响,并且这种状况在电解槽运行中很难修复,一直持续到停槽大修。本文全面分析了电解槽在每个运行阶段的变形原因,以及应采取的预防措施,保障电解槽规整稳定的炉膛内型,获得良好的运行指标。同时在槽大修方面给出了槽壳校正评判标准及槽壳校正方法,可以为电解槽槽壳校正提供借鉴和参考。
During the long-term operation of the aluminium reduction cell, deformation phenomena such as bulging of the long side plate of the cell shell, cracking of the open welding of the cradle frame and warping of both ends of the aluminium and flue of the cell seriously destroyed the inner shape of the cell hearth and brought adverse effects on the cell index, and this situation was difficult to repair in the operation of the cell, and lasted until the cell was shut down for overhaul. In this paper, the reasons for the deformation of electrolytic cell in each operation stage are analyzed comprehensively, and the preventive measures should be taken to ensure the regular and stable furnace shape of electrolytic cell and obtain good operation indexes. At the same time, in the aspect of overhaul of cell, the criteria of cell shell correction and the method of cell shell correction are given, which can provide reference for cell shell correction of electrolysis cell.
