摘要
十八大以来,习近平多次强调中华优秀传统文化的重要地位,提出必须增强文化自信,实现对传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展。传统乡村文化的功能可以从时间、空间和结构三个维度进行划分。从时间维度来说,文化具有传承功能、演变功能和创新功能。从空间维度来说,文化具有地域文化存储功能和地域文化横向支撑功能。从结构维度来说,乡村传统文化具有对村落成员的规范功能、村落共同体的整合功能与国家相互支撑功能。市场经济的引入和对传统乡村文化的批判导致了传统乡村文化三个维度功能的削弱。由此,我们必须清醒认识到传统乡村文化的重要性,从自觉走向自信,通过多种渠道优化传统文化,弘扬和再造传统文化,使乡村文化走向复兴,并与国家治理、基层治理、村民生活相融合。
Since the 18th National Congress,Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the important position of Chinese excellent traditional culture,pointing out that it is necessary to enhance cultural self-confidence and realize creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture. The function of traditional rural culture can be divided into three dimensions: time,space and structure. From the time dimension,culture has the function of inheritance,evolution and innovation. From the spatial dimension,culture has the storage function of regional culture and the horizontal support function of regional culture. From the structural dimension,the traditional rural culture has the normative function for the members of the village,the integration function of the village community and the mutual support function of the state. The introduction of market economy and the criticism of traditional rural culture have resulted in the weakening of the three dimensions of traditional rural culture. Therefore,we must awake to the importance of traditional rural culture and move from self-consciousness to self-confidence. Optimizing traditional culture through various channels,promoting and rebuilding traditional culture,so as to revive rural culture and integrate it with national governance, grassroots governance and villagers’life.
