坚持和加强党的全面领导是党的十九大提出的重大政治论断,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的核心政治观点,是全面推进新时代中国特色社会主义的根本政治保证。坚持和加强党的全面领导,本质在坚持党是当代中国最高政治领导力量,关键在坚持党对一切工作的领导,根本在坚持党中央权威和集中统一领导,目的在确保党的领导坚强有力,动力在完善党的领导方式和执政方式。从政治维度、时代维度、实践维度、目标维度、动力维度等方面阐述坚持和加强党的全面领导的重大意义、时代内涵和实践要求。
Upholding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership is a major political statement put forward by the 19th CPC National Congress. It is the core political idea of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the fundamental political guarantee for comprehensively promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The article believes that adhering to and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership is essentially insisting that the Party is the highest force for political leadership in contemporary China,with the key being to ensure the Party’s leadership over all work,the fundamentality being to adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee,the aim being to ensure strong leadership of the Party,the motivation being to improve the Party’s style of leadership and governance. The article expounds the significance, epoch connotation and practical requirement of adhering to and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership from the aspects of political dimension,time dimension,practice dimension,goal dimension and motivation dimension.
