摘要
口述历史服务作为一种促进公共文化服务实现职能的创新服务方式,具有以人民为中心、资源和服务可整合这两大特点。文章通过文献调查和网络调查,对国内大型综合性公共图书馆、省直属档案馆、省级综合博物馆以及澳大利亚各州立图书馆的口述历史服务情况进行考察,认为公共文化服务视域下的口述历史服务对塑造社会共同记忆、共同价值观以及公民素养有重要意义,并以广州图书馆、广州市档案局和广州博物馆为例,提出文化机构可以通过资源建设、服务供给和宣传推广这3方面的合作实现口述历史服务与公共文化服务的系统性"融合"。参考文献13。
As an innovative service method which helps public cultural service achieve its functions,oral history service appears human-centered and integrated.Through literature and web research,this paper looks into oral history service of domestic large comprehensive public libraries,provincial archives and provincial comprehensive museums,and the national library as well as state libraries in Australia.Based on typical cases,this paper proposes that in the view of public cultural service,oral history service plays an important role in creating social memory,shaping shared values and cultivating civic literacy.With Guangzhou Library,Guangzhou Archives Bureau and Guangzhou Museum as examples,the paper suggests oral history service can be integrated into public cultural service through the cooperation among institutions on resource construction,service supply and promotional activities.
