摘要目的:确定健康成人肩袖厚度的正常值,探索性别、年龄、优势手、身高及体质量对肩袖厚度的影响。方法:将受检者分为4组,组1,<50岁成年男性22例;组2,<50岁成年女性22例;组3,≥50岁成年男性20例;组4,≥50岁成年女性20例。对受检者进行双侧肩袖超声检查,获得肩胛下肌腱、冈上肌腱及冈下肌腱的长轴切面并测量各肌腱厚度,比较不同性别组、年龄组、优势手与非优势手之间的差别,分析肩袖各肌腱厚度与身高和体质量之间的相关性。结果:通过超声测量获得了肩袖厚度的正常值。男性与女性冈下肌腱厚度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其他各肌腱不同性别间差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);年轻组和老年组的肩袖各肌腱厚度差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);组4优势手与非优势手间冈上肌腱厚度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其他各肌腱差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。肩袖厚度与身高、体质量无显著相关性(P> 0.05或|r|<0.8)。结论:健康成人肩袖厚度的超声测量能为肩袖病变的诊断提供正常参考。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to determine normative values of rotator cuff thickness and explore the effects of gender,age,hand dominance,height and weight on rotator cuff thickness in healthy adults.Methods:A total of 84 healthy adults were enrolled and divided into 4 groups according to gender and age:males aged<50 years old(Group 1,n=22);females aged<50 years old(Group 2,n=22);males aged≥50 years old(Group 3,n=20);females aged≥50 years old(Group 4,n=20).Ultrasound long-axis views of bilateral rotator cuff in all subjects were obtained and thickness of subscapularis(SUB),supraspinatus(SUP)and infraspinatus(INF)tendons was measured.Rotator cuff thickness was compared between different gender groups,different age groups,and between hand dominant and non-dominant groups.Correlation between rotator cuff thickness and height/weight was analyzed.Results:Normative values of rotator cuff thickness were determined.Except for thickness of INF(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in other tendons between males and females(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in rotator cuff thickness between the young and the elderly groups(P<0.05).Except for SUP in Group 4(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in rotator cuff thickness between hand dominant and non-dominant groups(P>0.05).No significant correlation was found between rotator cuff thickness and height/weight(P>0.05 or|r|<0.8).Conclusion:Ultrasound measurement of rotator cuff thickness in healthy adults can serve as reference values for the diagnosis of rotator cuff disease.
