摘要
我国建筑行业正处于转型升级的关键时期,施工企业创新能力的提升至关重要。研究基于专利指标,建立了创新投入、创新效率及创新质量3个方面7个指标组成的建筑施工企业创新能力评价指标体系,运用密切值法对选取的部分建筑施工企业创新能力进行了排序。结果发现我国建筑施工企业创新能力总体还需加强,部分规模相比不是最大的企业反而拥有较高的创新能力,依靠优势产业,能更好地促进创新能力发展。
Chinese construction industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and it is crucial for construction enterprises to enhance their innovation ability.Based on the patent index,this paper established the evaluation index system of innovation capability of construction enterprises,which is composed of seven indicators in innovation investment,innovation efficiency and innovation quality.The paper chose the close value method to sort out the innovation ability of selected construction enterprises.The results show that the overall innovation capability of China’s construction enterprises needs to be strengthened.Some enterprises that are not the largest in size have higher innovation capabilities,and rely on advantageous industries to better promote the development of innovation capability.
