摘要
目的探讨超声引导下手术与常规手术对妇科计划生育的临床效果及影响。方法选取本院2017年6月～2018年6月期间内接收的114例妇科计划生育患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组57例。分别接受超声引导下手术治疗、常规手术治疗。对比两组患者手术基本情况以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组无痛人流术手术时间、术中出血量以及节育环置入术手术时间,且观察组术后总并发症发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05,比较有统计学意义。结论妇科计划生育患者接受手术治疗时可于超声引导下进行,能够缩短患者的手术时间,降低出血量,并且具有较高的安全性,可有效降低并发症发生几率,临床实用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence of ultrasound-guided surgery and conventional surgery on gynecological family planning.Methods 114 cases of gynecological family planning patients received in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases in each group. They were treated with ultrasound guided surgery and conventional surgery respectively. The basic conditions of operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of painless induced abortion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of total complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided surgery can be performed in patients with gynecological family planning. It can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and has high safety. It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and has high clinical practical value.
