摘要
国民素养是家齐国治之基,它影响了人们的美好生活、国家的竞争实力及民族的世界形象。"少年强,则国强",提升国民素养,须从孩子着手。而父母是孩子"人生第一课"的老师,因而父母的素养在孩子的成长中起着非常关键的作用。目前,父母素养主要在其身心素养、思想道德素养、科学文化素养、教养观念、教养知识与教养能力方面表现出不足。而底蕴单薄、态度消极、习惯保守、现代文化的负面影响、部分政策支持弱与教育导向偏差等,是父母素养提升窘境的根源。因此,新时代需要从国家、社会、学校、角色承担者四个层面为提升父母素养搭建强力网:完善并落实相关政策,建设父母素养提升的保障体系;携精神与物质并举,倡父母素养新风尚;创家校合作新模式,造父母教育新局面;转变认识、更新观念、落实行动,从而赋予祖国未来更好的前程及憧憬。
People ’ s qualities of a nation are the foundation of regulated families and the governed nation, which affects the happy life of the people, the competitive power of the nation and the national image in the world." Strong youth entails strong country." To improve the qualities of the people, it is essential to have their children fully cultivated. Parents are the teachers of the first class in their children's life, so parents' qualities play a key role in the children's growth. At present, parents show roughly deficiencies in their physical and mental qualities, ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities, upbringing concepts, knowledge and abilities. However, the original dilemma of improving parents' qualities lies in their weak backgrounds, negative attitudes, conservative habits, negative influence of modern culture, weak policy support and deviation of education policies. Therefore, in the new era, a strong network for enhancing parents' qualities should be constructed from the four levels of the nation, society, schools and role-bearers: perfecting and implementing relevant policies to build a guarantee system for improving parents' qualities;evoking a new fashion of parents' qualities with both spiritual and material efforts;creating a new model of family-school cooperation to establish a new situation of parental education;changing recognition, updating ideas and implementing actions for parents, in order to give children of the nation a better future and vision.
