摘要
目的分析流程化沟通方式(CICARE)用于母乳喂养护理干预中的意义。方法选择2015年8月至2017年2月分娩产妇240例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用CICARE沟通模式干预。对比两组护理干预1周后喂养方式、喂养正确率、乳房护理正确率;对比两组产妇护理干预前及护理干预1周后两组新生儿喂养自我效能感、焦虑、抑郁评分;对比两组护理投诉率、护理满意度。结果护理干预1周后,观察组纯母乳喂养率较对照组高,喂养正确率较对照组高(P <0. 05);护理1周后,观察组乳房喂养自我效能感评分较对照组高,焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组低(P <0. 05);观察组护理投诉率较对照组低,护理满意率较对照组高(P <0. 05)。结论 CICARE能提高纯母乳喂养率、母乳喂养正确率和产妇母乳喂养能力,缓解产妇焦虑和抑郁,得到产妇高度认可。
Objective To analyze the significance of process communication mode (CICARE) for breastfeeding nursing interventions. Methods A total of 240 women who gave birth from August 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 120 women who received routine nursing were selected as the control group, and another 120 women who underwent CICARE communication mode intervention were selected as the observation group. After one week of nursing, the feeding mode, the correct feeding rate and the correct rate of breast care of patients in the two groups were compared. The self-efficacy of neonatal feeding, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared before the nursing and after 1 week of nursing. Meanwhile, the complaints rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 week of nursing infervention, the exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the correct feeding rate was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). After 1 week of nursing, the breast feeding self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than that of the control group( P <0.05). The nursing complaint rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion CICARE can increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding, the correct rate of breastfeeding and maternal breastfeeding ability. What’s more, it can relieve maternal anxiety and depression, which obtains high recognition among maternal women.
