摘要
目的研究自动痔疮套扎术后患者采取吴茱萸热熨法与腹部穴位推拿的护理效果。方法选择我院2017年6月～2018年2月纳入的86例自动痔疮套扎术术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各43例,研究组采取吴茱萸热熨法与腹部穴位推拿,对照组采取常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果研究组术后便秘发生率9.30%低于对照组23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组的躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后各评分均改善,其中研究组各评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组对护理效果满意度95.35%高于对照组83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎术术后患者采取吴茱萸热熨法与腹部穴位推拿效果明显,提高护理质量,降低便秘发生率,促进病情快速恢复,改善生活质量,增加患者对护理效果的满意度。
Objective To study the nursing effect of heat ironing method of TetradiumRuticarpum combined with abdominal acupoint massage on constipation after RPH operation. Methods Eighty-six cases with RPH from June 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into thestudy group and the controlgroup,with 43 cases in each group.The control group took the regular nursing care,while the study group took heat ironing of TetradiumRuticarpum combined with abdominal acupoint massage treatment.The nursing effects were compared. Results The incidence rate of postoperative constipation in the study group (9.30%) was lower than that in control group (23.26%)(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of physical function,psychological function and social function between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05);After treatment,the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05),the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing effect in the study group was 95.35% higher than that in the control group 83.72%,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of rutaecarpa heat ironing and abdominal acupoint massage after RPH is obvious.It can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of constipation,promote the rapid recovery of the disease,improve the quality of life,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing effect.
