某220kV变电站母线电容式电压互感器异常解体分析

摘要 某220 kV变电站母差保护母线失灵电压开放告警。现场停电试验发现220 kV母线电容式电压互感器数据异常,经返厂解体检查,分压器中电容元件部分击穿导致电容量增大,分压异常引起二次电压变化导致三相电压不平衡,分压器内电容元件工艺存在缺陷是导致故障的主要原因,可为因电容量升高引起二次电压降低的异常情况提供一定参考。 The 220 kV Transformer Substation busbar differential protection gives a busbar failure voltage open alarm. The data of 220 kV busbar capacitive voltage transformer is found abnormal by the subsequent on-site power outage test. After disintegrating to the factory, it is confirmed that partial breakdown of the capacity cell in the voltage divider leads to an increase in capacitance. The changed secondary voltage which caused by abnormal voltage dividing resultes in the imbalance of three-phase voltage. The failure is the capacity cell in the voltage divider existing process defects. This paper gives some treatment suggestions and countermeasures. Through the analysis of this case, the anomaly of secondary voltage reduction which caused by the increase of capacitance can be found.
