摘要
目的:通过对比温针夹脊穴配合腰背肌锻炼与温针常规穴配合腰背肌锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,为优化本病治疗方案提供依据。方法:将研究对象随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用温针夹脊穴配合腰背肌锻炼治疗;对照组30例,采用温针常规穴配合腰背肌锻炼治疗。疗效标准参考《中医病证诊断与疗效标准》中腰痛的疗效标准,评价指标采用功能障碍指数(ODI)、腰椎疾患综合评分(JOA)。结果:①两组患者治疗前后的JOA、ODI评分差异具有显著性意义(P <0.05);②两组患者治疗后的JOA、ODI评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:治疗组和对照组都有显著疗效,均能够缓解疼痛,改善患者的症状、体征,但治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。
Objective: To compare the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion on Jiaji acupoints with low back muscle function exercise and warming needle moxibustion on conventional points with low back muscle function exercise on Lumbar disc herniation, and to provide a reliable evidence for the clinical application. Methods: 60 patients with Lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group included 30 cases and were treated with warming needle moxibustion on Jiaji acupoints with low back muscle function exercise, and the control group included 30 cases and were treated with warming needle moxibustion on conventional points with low back muscle function exercise. Results: 1.After treatment, two groups had significant difference on the score of JOA and ODI (P<0.05) compared with before treatment, which meant both therapies could effectively relieve symptoms of LDH. 2.After treatment, the score of JOA and ODI were compared between the two groups in, there were notable differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment group and the control group had good curative effect on the treatment of LDH, all could relieve pain, improve the clinical symptoms and signs. The treatment group had a more significant curative effect.
