摘要
目的:探究天麻钩藤饮用于治疗风火上扰型中风的临床观察效果。方法:选取我院在2015年4月-2017年4月期间收治的86例风火上扰型中风患者,将他们分为两组,对照组采用注射用血塞通治疗,研究组采用天麻钩藤饮治疗。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,且研究组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮应用风火上扰型中风患者有利于促进患者神经功能缺失的改善,拥有良好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical observation effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮)in the treatment of wind-fire type apoplexy stroke. Methods: 86 cases of wind fire disturbance type stroke patients treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with injection of Xuesaitong, and the study group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮). Results: After treatment, the improvement of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮) was beneficial to the improvement of the patients with apoplexy of wind and fire, and it had good clinical therapeutic effect, which was worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
