核电SC模块MAG自动焊接接头组织及性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据核电站SC模块工程实体情况,采用MAG自动焊对20mm厚Q345B钢板进行焊接,并对焊接接头金相组织和力学性能进行了测定和分析。结果表明:线能量控制在39.4kJ/cm以内时,焊缝成形良好,微观组织均匀。此外,焊接接头抗拉强度在533~556MPa之间,弯曲试样均未出现裂纹,并且20℃时的冲击功≥61J、显微维氏硬度HV10值为133~202。因此,MAG自动焊可用于SC模块纵焊缝的焊接,且采用的焊接工艺参数,可以焊接出满足标准要求的焊接接头。 According to the engineering entity of nuclear power plant SC module,20 mm thick Q345B steel plate was welded by MAG automatic welding,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were measured and analyzed.The results show that when the heat input is controlled within 39.4KJ/cm,the the appearance of weld is good and the microstructure is uniformly distributed.The tensile strength of welded joint is between 533 MPa and 556 MPa,and no cracks appear in the bending specimens.The impact energy at 20℃is greater than 61J,and the microhardness of HV10 is 133-202.Therefore,MAG automatic welding can be used for SC module longitudinal weld,and the used welding parameters can meet the standard requirements of the welded joints.
