摘要
通过对"惠女风情"写生基地写生游客满意度的问卷调查和IPA分析,将写生游客对写生基地的期望与实际感知进行对比分析。结果显示,写生游客对写生基地中的写生资源独特性、写生资源的丰富程度和写生素材的多样性、良好的自然环境、特色民俗风情四方面的期望和满意度均较高,基地应在这些方面保持优势;对写生基地的交通便利度、写生景点数量和集中程度、通讯医疗设施、传统艺术形态、艺术氛围、安全管理以及工作人员服务态度等方面具有较高的期望,但体验后的满意度很低,基地需要重点关注并改进;对于写生基地中的餐饮质量、基地容量、写生配套用具租赁服务的期望和满意度均较低,这三个方面属于基地的次要改进对象;对住宿设施、当地居民的善良淳朴和热情好客程度并不关注,基地无需在这些方面进行进一步投入。
This paper compares the expectation and actual experience of sketch base of Hui'an women through sketching tourist satisfaction's questionnaire survey and IPA analysis.The results demosntrate that the tourists have higher expectations and satisfaction about the uniqueness and richness of sketching resources,the diversity of sketch materials,the good natural environment,the characteristic folk customs and customs in the sketch base.The sketch base of Hui'an women should maintain these advantages.These seven aspects are of great importance but display low satisfaction:convenient transportation,the concentration of scenic spot,well-equipped communication and medical facilities,traditional art form,strong artistic atmosphere,the guarantee of safety management and good attitude of staff service,which need to be focused on and improved greatly.The following three aspects are secondary improvement target:diet with good quality,moderate base capacity and rental service of sketching equipment.Another two aspects don't require investment since the sketching tourists do not attach importance to accommodation facilities as well as the kind and friendly degree of local residents.
