摘要
随着高校信息化水平的逐步提升,软件资产已成为高校固定资产中的重要组成部分,它们对高校的教学、科研乃至行政管理工作具有重要作用。针对目前高校软件资产管理中普遍存在的问题,本文从制度建设、管理理念等方面,结合软件资产的主要特征,对软件资产管理提出一些建议。
With the gradual improvement of information technology in colleges and universities, software assets have become an important part of fixed assets in colleges and universities. They have played an important role in the teaching, scientific research and administrative management. Aiming at the common problems of software asset management in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of software assets from the aspects of system construction, management concepts and the main characteristics of software assets.
