摘要
为探究重金属对海洋微藻的毒性胁迫效应,研究了重金属Zn^(2+)2种不同暴露方式下三角褐指藻种群生长状况、叶绿素a含量、光系统(PSII)的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)以及相对光合电子传递率(rETR)的变化状况。采用2种暴露方式:一种暴露方式为0.5 mg/L低剂量连续5 d刺激三角褐指藻,旨在模拟自然水体低剂量暴露对微藻的影响,另一种参照三角褐指藻EC50浓度5 mg/L一次性刺激三角褐指藻。结果表明:2种暴露方式下,三角褐指藻生长、叶绿素a含量及rETR有显著性差异。当在5 mg/L重金属Zn^(2+)一次性刺激下,除Fv/Fm外,三角褐指藻的种群数量、叶绿素a含量及rETR均显著下降,随着暴露时间的不断增加,这些指标均在第4天后恢复增长;当在0.5 mg/L重金属Zn^(2+)持续5 d刺激下,除Fv/Fm外,三角褐指藻种群数量、叶绿素a含量以及r ETR指标均在出现先正常增长再降低的情况。
In this study, the toxicity of heavy metal Zn^2+ toward Phaeodactylum tricornutum Bohlin by two different exposure pattern was compared. One was low-dosage repeated exposure(LRE), in which 0.5 mg/L Zn^2+ was repeated dosed to simulate release of allelochemicals, and the other one was high-dosage single exposure (HSE) as per the routine toxicity assay. The results show a significant different between LRE group and HSE goup. In HSE group, the population of P. tricornutum, the content of Chla, Fv/Fm and rETR have decreased significantly from day1 to day3. In the next few days, all but Fv/Fm have increased. In LRE group, the population of P. tricornutum, the content of Chla, and rETR expect Fv/Fm increase in first days (day1-day3), but in following days, these index decrease.
