摘要
传统的冶金工程专业实验教学模式中存在课堂讲授和实践学习脱节、实验时间和实验项目没有选择性、课前预习不充分或者根本不预习、小组合作中个别同学缺乏主动性、实验项目单一等现象,微信公众平台为解决上述问题提供了新思路。以"冶金过程水模型"实验课为例建立微信公众平台,实现从钢包、中间包、结晶器3种水模型实验项目中学生自主选题、自主设计实验方案、自动分组、自我实践的实验教学新模式。实践证明,这种实验教学模式能够有效拓展实验题目,充分调动学生对实验课的积极性和主动性,增强学生的团队精神和合作意识,有利于学生综合能力及创新素质的培养。
There are many problems in traditional metallurgical engineering experiment teaching such as expounding separated from operating,fixed experiment item and time,no preparing before class,lack of enthusiasm in group cooperation,single item etc.WeChat public platform supplies new idea for solving these problems.Taking"metallurgical process water model"for instance,WeChat public platform is established for this experiment class.Students can choose one from ladle water model,tundish water model and mold water model,design project,and group automatically by the WeChat public platform.Practice has proved that experiment topic could be expanded,student's enthusiasm and initiative could fully be excited,cooperative spirit of group could be enhanced,comprehensive ability and innovation quality could be strained by this new experiment teaching program.Choosing topic based on Wechat public platform can be applied to other metallurgical engineer research experiments and the whole lesson of"metallurgical engineering experiment technique".
