摘要
城市管道天然气行业属于垄断性行业,同时也是我国公共事业的核心构成单元之一。为实现资源高效配置,政府会在对城市管道天然气成本进行监审的基础上制定其价格。在对城市管道天然气价格形成机制与定价成本构成进行分析的基础上,以沈阳市为例,研究了我国城市管道天然气定价成本监审管理现状,针对城市管道天然气定价成本监审中存在的问题,提出了相关优化策略。
The urban pipeline natural gas industry belongs to monopoly industry, and it is also the core constitution unit of Chinese public affairs. In order to realize the resource allocation with high efficiency, the government will make price based on the supervision and examination of the urban pipeline natural gas cost. Based on analyzing urban pipeline natural gas price formation mechanism and pricing cost constitution, this paper takes Shenyang as example to study the supervision and examination management status quo of China urban pipeline natural gas pricing cost, and puts forward relevant optimization strategy.
