摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2017年12月期间收治的糖尿病肾病患者70例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。所有患者均开展保肾、降糖、降压、利尿、低盐低蛋白饮食等基础性治疗。对照组患者给予辛伐他汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄芪注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿微量白蛋白定量(MALB)变化及临床疗效。结果两组治疗前血清BUN、Scr及24 h MALB比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组BUN、Scr及24 h MALB水平均显著降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BUN、Scr及24 h MALB水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.29%(33/35);明显高于对照组77.14%(27/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合他汀可显著改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、降低尿液微量白蛋白量,临床疗效显著,用药安全无毒副作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus injection combined with simvastatin on diabetic nephropathy and its effect on urinary albumin.Methods 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method,35 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatment such as kidney protection,hypoglycemic,hypotensive,diuretic,low salt and low protein diet.The patients in the control group were treated with Simvastatin Tablets,and the observation group was given Astragalus Injection on the basis of the control group.The changes of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),24 hour urine microalbumin(MALB)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in serum BUN,Scr and 24 h MALB before treatment.After treatment,the MALB levels of BUN,Scr and 24h were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05),and the BUN,Scr and 24 h levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.14%(27/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with statins can significantly improve renal function and reduce the amount of microalbuminuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.The clinical effect is significant,and it is safe and nontoxic side effect.It is worth popularizing.
