摘要
通过系统分析包晶钢生产过程中结晶器液面波动问题,采取优化一冷水冷却强度、二冷水冷却强度、保护渣性能、拉速控制模型等措施,有效改善了包晶钢生产过程液面波动,减少了铸坯表面纵裂、皮下夹渣等缺陷,提高了铸坯表面质量。
By systematically analyzing the fluctuation of mould level in the production of peritectic steel,the measures such as optimizing the cooling strength of mould cooling water and secondary cooling water,the performance of the mold slag and the control model of the drawing speed were taken,which effectively improved the fluctuation of liquid level in the production of peritectic steel,reduced the longitudinal crack on the surface of slab and inclusion under the skin,and improved the surface quality of slab.
