摘要
通过归纳总结等研究方法,较为系统地分析了马尔切洛·里皮在中国国家足球队执教期间的具体特点之后,从包括重启青训系统、国足人才储备、培育并发展中国式足球文化、推动中国足球体制改革以及赛场精神面貌的提升四个角度讨论了里皮出任国足教练所带来的客观影响。最后,结合近期关于"里皮"、"国足"的舆情,总结了里皮对于中国足球事业发展所具有的重要作用,指出目前就认为里皮在中国足球上"败走麦城",还为时过早。实际上,中国国足的发展,必须积极主动地吸收和引进国外先进经验和管理方法,结合本土特征加以改进和优化,只有立足国内足球运动发展实际情况、力争和国际接轨,中国足球才能有机会重塑辉煌,赢得包括广大球迷在内的各方面的认可和支持,进而取得更为理想的成绩。
After a relatively comprehensive analysis on the specific features of Marcello Lippi’s style when coaching the men’s national soccer team of China through deductive and inductive research methods,his impacts on the country both in and out of the pitch is discussed in terms of the restarting of the youth training system,pooling of soccer talents for the national team,cultivating and promoting the soccer culture of Chinese characteristics as well as pushing forward the reform of China’s soccer system and players’competitiveness.Finally,Lippi’s important contribution to the development of this particular sport event in China is summarized based on the media coverage of issues concerning“Lippi”and“China’s men’s national soccer team”,which indicates that it is still too soon to draw the conclusion that Lippi’s coaching career in China has been a“failure”.Actually,it has been established that the improvement of China’s men’s national soccer team lies in the integration of the initiative to absorb and introduce advanced experience and management strategies of foreign countries with the efforts to modify and optimize them in accordance with Chinese characteristics.The only way for Chinese men’s national soccer team to restore its historical glory,win the confidence and support of people from all walks of the society,including fans,and perform better in future international competitions is to draw on the status quo of the soccer event in the country and facilitate its globalization.
