摘要
目的观察壮医火针点刺联合泮托拉唑治疗脾胃寒湿型消化性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择脾胃寒湿型消化性胃溃疡患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用壮医火针点刺联合泮托拉唑口服治疗,对照组单纯口服泮托拉唑治疗,两组均治疗3周(1个疗程)。观察并比较两组患者的临床症状评分改善情况、临床疗效和药物不良反应。结果治疗前,两组临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,两组临床症状评分均降低,且治疗组临床症状评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗组治愈30例,有效8例,无效2例;对照组治愈20例,有效10例,无效10例。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论壮医火针点刺结合口服泮托拉唑治疗脾胃寒湿型消化性胃溃疡临床疗效好,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine pricking using fire needle combined with pantoprazole on treating peptic gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach dampness-cold type.Methods A total of 80 patients with peptic gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach dampness-cold type were selected as subjects,and were divided into treatment group and control group using random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group received Zhuang medicine pricking using fire needle and was orally administered pantoprazole,and the control group was orally administered pantoprazole alone.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks as a treatment course.The improvement of clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed and were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the clinical symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the clinical symptoms scores decreased in both groups,and the clinical symptoms scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,30 cases,8 cases and 2 cases were assessed as well-healed,effective and ineffective respectively;In the control group,20 cases,10 cases and 10 cases were assessed as well-healed,effective and ineffective respectively.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Zhuang medicine pricking using fire needle combined with oral administration of pantoprazole can achieve a good clinical effect on peptic gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach dampness-cold type,and is worth for promotion and application.
