摘要
DB34/T2264-2014《固态发酵酒醅分析方法》采用蒸馏法、酒精计法对酒醅中酒精度进行测定。通过改进检测方法,可以提高检测结果的准确度,缩短检测时间,并减少循环用水的使用量,达到节能降耗的目的。
DB34/T2264-2014 "Analytical Method for Solid-State Fermented Grains" uses the distillation method and alcohol meter method to determine the alcohol content in the fermented grains. By improving the detection method, the accuracy of the detection result can be improved, the detection time can be shortened, and the amount of circulating water can be reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
