摘要
研制一种可应用于全自动测油仪的新型自动萃取装置。采用立式磁力搅拌萃取方式,选择40 mm×8 mm的磁子,转速为1 500 r/min,优化进/出液口位置。将自动萃取装置安装至测油仪中进行试验,方法检出限为0.006mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.87%~1.22%(n=11),样品加标回收率为95.8%~98.4%。该装置分析速度快,结果准确、可靠,可为环境分析质量提供有效保障。
A new automatic extraction device for automatic oil content analyzer was developed.The vertical magnetic stirring extraction method was adopted.The magneton was 40 mm×8 mm,the rotating speed was 1 500 r/min,and the position of the inlet/outlet was optimized.The automatic extraction device was installed in the oil meter for testing.The detection limit was 0.006 mg/L,the relative standard deviations were 0.87%-1.22%(n=11),and the recoveries were 95.8%-98.4%.The device has fast analysis speed,accurate and reliable results,and it can provide effective guarantee for environmental analysis quality work.
