喷气正时对双燃料直喷发动机性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为对煤层气/柴油双燃料直喷发动机进行更系统的理论研究,运用GT-POWER软件建立某柴油机仿真模型。仿真数据与试验数据进行对比的误差在5%以内。通过该仿真模型,进行喷气正时和喷气压力与燃用不同引燃柴油量的混合燃料关系的模拟研究。研究结果表明:引燃柴油量越大或喷气正时越小,发动机的功率越大;较小的喷气正时或较高的喷气压力能够提高发动机的热效率、降低燃料的消耗,但会导致缸内温度升高,进而增加NOx的排放。研究结果对双燃料直喷发动机喷气正时的优化有一定的指导作用。 To have a better systematic theoretical research about CBM/diesel dual fuel engine,a simulation model of diesel/CBM dual fuel engine was established using the software GT-POWER.The obtained simulation results were compared with the experimental results,the deviation was less than 5%.Then the results of the engine using different mass of pilot-ignited diesel was conducted when the injection timing and injection pressure of coal seam gas were different.The results showed that the brake power increases with the increase of mass of pilot-ignited diesel or decrease of injection timing.The dual fuel engine can increase the thermal efficiency and decrease fuel consumption effectively when the injection timing is smaller or the higher injection pressure.The NOx emissions are reduced greatly due to the increase of cylinder temperature.The obtained results should be useful for the optimization of gas injection timing for the direct injection dual fuel engine.
