摘要
近年来,为推动油田全面可持续、高质量发展,向世界一流企业目标迈进,一系列配套政策密集出台,深化改革、调整结构、转型发展的步伐不断加快。如何引导职工群众进一步认清当前形势,深入转观念、转方式、转作风,充分调动职工群众的积极性、主动性、创造性,把大家的智慧和力量凝聚到质量和效益的中心任务上来,营造群策群力、共谋发展的良好工作氛围,为企业发展做出积极贡献,是当前形势任务教育面临的重要课题。
In recent years,in order to promote the comprehensive sustainable and high-quality development of oilfields and advance to the goal of world-class enterprises,a series of supporting policies have been issued intensively,and the pace of deepening reform,adjusting structure and accelerating the transition development has been accelerated.How to guide the staff and workers to further understand the current situation,change their ideas,ways and styles,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff and workers,concentrate their wisdom and strength on the central task of quality and efficiency,create a good working atmosphere for collective efforts and common development,and make positive contributions to the development of enterprises are the important tasks faced by the current situation and task education.
