摘要
在国家课程改革的基础上,提高体育课堂教学质量是难点。如何有效地通过各种教学手段,提高学生自主进行体育锻炼,培养和激发学生的兴趣爱好,是教师在进行教学前所要考虑的重点。本论文通过在教学实践的过程中,总结出一些培养学生兴趣爱好的相关方法,希望能够对提高教师的教学能力有一定参考。
On the basis of national curriculum reform, it is diff icult to improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching. How to improve students 'self-exercise and cultivate and stimulate students' interests through various teaching methods is the key point that teachers should consider before teaching. Through the course of teaching practice, this paper summarizes some relevant methods to cultivate students 'interests and hobbies, hoping to have some reference to improve teachers' teaching ability. If we work only and do not work hard, it will be diff icult to achieve real exercise. Effective exercise is under a certain amount of exercise intensity.
