摘要
十字滑块联轴器是一种可移式的刚性联轴器,所需安装空间小,可补偿两轴间的径向偏移,适用于雷达数据传动链中同步轮系轴微电动机轴的联接。但在实际使用过程中,由于受材料、公差、半联轴器与轴的夹紧方式等因素的影响,会出现联轴器无法正常工作,甚至损坏微电动机的现象。通过进行一种同步轮系用十字滑块联轴器的运动过程仿真和受力分析计算,得出了满足疲劳强度所允许的两轴间的径向偏移,反映出滑动灵活对保证联轴器正常工作的重要性。在初始设计的基础上,分析了所用十字滑块联轴器使用过程中存在的问题,从零件的形状、选择的材料和螺钉的品种等3个方面分别采取措施进行了设计改进,改进后的联轴器滑动灵活性得到了有效提高,取得了良好的实际使用效果。
The crosshead shoe coupling is a movable rigid coupling,which occupied small space and can compensate the radial shifting of the two axes,so it was fit for connecting the axis of the micromotor in radar data transmission chain.But during the real using process,the coupling cannot work properly because it was affected by the materials,the tolerances,the clamping method between the half coupling and the axis and so on.there were phenomena of fail to work of crosshead shoe even breakdown of the micromotor.The motion simulation and force analysis of a double slider coupling were introduced,the radial shifting was obtained which can ensure the fatigue strength of the coupling meet the requirements.It showed the importance of the sliding flexibility to proper functioning of crosshead shoe.Then,on the basis of the initial design,the existing problems in the use of the double slider coupling were analyzed.The design improvements were carried out from three aspects of the shape of the parts,the selection of materials and the variety of screws.The sliding flexibility of the improved coupling was effectively improved,and good practical results were obtained.
