摘要
为了解决Nomex蜂窝芯材料成形加工过程中加工表面质量差、易产生毛刺、撕裂、脱胶、压溃等问题,研制了一种超声振动切割装置,进行了超声振动切割加工研究。超声振动切割装置的加工性能取决于超声振动系统设计。首先对超声振动切割工作头的结构设计进行了理论探讨,然后采用ABAQUS软件对设计结构进行模态分析、检验及修正。在针对Nomex蜂窝芯材料进行有无超声的初步切割实验中,通过超景深对切割表面进行了放大观察,结果表明:超声振动切割Nomex蜂窝芯材料具有良好的加工性能。
In order to solve the problem of poor surface quality in Nomex honeycomb core material forming and processing, for example,a large number of burrs,tears,debonding and crush on the surface,a device was developed for ultrasonic vibration assist cutting. The machining performance of ultrasonic vibration cutting device depends on the design of ultrasonic vibration system. Firstly,discuss the theory of the structure design of ultrasonic vibration working head. Then,ABAQUS software is used to conduct modal analysis,check and modify the design structure. In the initial cutting experiment of the Nomex honeycomb core material with ultrasonic vibration assist cutting and traditional cutting. Digital microscope was used in observing and taking the optical images of the workpiece surface. The results show that the Nomex honeycomb core material with ultrasonic vibration cutting has good processing performance.
