摘要
目的 探讨基于智能语言云的急诊预检分诊信息化系统的应用效果。方法 选取某院急诊患者,根据入院时间将其分为对照组(常规预检分诊组,2017年1月至2017年2月,12000例)和观察组(基于语言云的预检分诊组,2018年1月至2018年2月,11980例),比较两组患者预检分诊准确率、分诊时间及与期望分诊时间差,以及抽取5%患者对分诊工作进行满意度调查。结果 与对照组相比,观察组急诊预检分诊准确率明显增高(P<0.05);分诊时间明显缩短,与期望分诊时间差较小(P<0.05);抽取5%的患者对分诊工作满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论 基于语言云的急诊预检分诊信息化系统应用于急诊预检分诊中,能够提高预检分诊准确率,缩短分诊时间,提升患者满意度。
Objective Exploring the application effect of emergency pre-examination and triage information system based on intelligent language cloud.Methods The emergency patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group according to the admission time(conventional pre-examination triage group,January 2017 to February 2017,12000 cases)and observation group(language cloud-based pre-examination triage group,from January 2018 to February 2018,11980 cases),the accuracy of the pre-examination,the time of the triage and the time difference from the expected triage were compared between the two groups,and 5%of the patients were surveyed for the satisfaction of the triage.Results Compared with the control group,the accuracy of emergency pre-examination triage in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The time of triage was significantly shorten,and the time difference from the expected triage was smaller(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the work was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The language cloud-based emergency pre-screening and triage information system is applied to the emergency pre-examination triage,which can significantly improve the accuracy of pre-examination,shorten the time of triage and improve patient satisfaction.
