基于Petri网模型的零件出库系统工作流并行结构分析

摘要 针对零件出库系统处理时间长、流程效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于并行化的工作流Petri网模型的构建方法与改善研究.构建了零件出库系统的并行化Petri网模型,运用P-不变量对时间性能进行分析,通过关联矩阵求解结果、P-不变量的时间分析和并行优化算法改进了该系统的Petri网结构,提升了零件出库系统的工作时间.通过实例验证,基于Petri网的工作流并行结构算法在提高系统处理时间上可行、有效. Aiming at the problem of long processing time and low process efficiency in the outbound system of parts,a new method of constructing workflow Petri net model based on parallelization was proposed.A parallel Petri net model was constructed for the part outbound system.P-invariant was used to analyze the time performance.And the results of the correlation matrix,the time analysis of P-invariant and the parallel optimization algorithm were used to optimize the Petri net of the system.Therefore,the working time of the parts outbound system was improved.Verified by example,The parallel structure algorithm based on Petri net workflow is feasible in improving the system processing time.
