摘要
随着煤矿摩擦式提升机的广泛应用,采用扁尾绳作为平衡绳的摩擦式提升系统越来越多,在实际现场应用中存在一些有待解决的问题。针对这些问题,结合实际工作总结,对煤矿摩擦式提升系统扁尾绳更换和日常维护的关键点进行了阐述,有助于提高扁尾绳的更换和维护水平提高,防止发生机电事故。
With the wide application of coal mine friction hoists,there are more and more friction lifting systems using flat tail ropes as balance ropes.There are some problems to be solved in practical field applications.In response to these problems,combined with the actual work summary,the key points of the replacement and daily maintenance of the flat tail rope of the coal mine friction type lifting system were expounded,which helped to improve the replacement and maintenance level of the flat tail rope and prevent electromechanical accidents.
