摘要
网络的普及使得著作权犯罪侵犯对象更多、侵犯范围更广、侵犯速度更快。其作案手段不同于传统的线下制售盗版作品行为,更多地是通过网络传播,如自建网站或利用社交工具传播盗版作品,外挂侵权、私服侵权等,这些行为具有隐蔽性与高技术性,给权利人带来了更大的损失,也给执法机关提出了更大的挑战。为防控此类犯罪,需要社会全体成员树立版权意识,加强对社交工具、网盘、下载工具、广告联盟等行业的监管,进一步发挥著作权集体组织的作用,同时,公安部门要加大对网络侵犯著作权犯罪的打击力度。
The popularization of the network makes copyright infringement increasing more,the scope of infringement more extensive,the rate of aggression faster.Its criminal method is different from the traditional offline manufacture shoddy pirated works,more through the network transmission,such as self-built websites or the use of social tools to spread pirated works,external infringement,private clothing infringement,and so on,these acts are of great hidden,high-tech,and have brought greater losses to the rights of the people,as well as putting forward greater challenges to the law enforcement agencies.In order to prevent and control such crimes,all members of society need to establish copyright awareness,strengthen the supervision of social tools,network disks,download tools,advertising alliances and other industries,and further play the role of copyright collective organizations,at the same time,the public security departments should take strong measures against the online infringement of copyright crimes.
