和卓阿赫拉尔是伊斯兰教苏非派纳合什班底教团第三任教长。从帖木儿王朝速檀卜撒因开始,和卓阿赫拉尔及其家族渗入帖木儿王朝各项事务。他保护王朝民众的安全;凭其声望帮助卜撒因速檀获得王位,成为速檀在宗教方面的代理人,还在王朝王公中充当调停人;他鼓动帖木儿王朝速檀接受伊斯兰教,并缴纳税以获得统治者和民众的信任。到王朝后期,其家族利用其宗教影响参与王室纷争,成为导致中亚帖木儿王朝灭亡不可忽视的原因之一。
Shaykh Ahrar is the third imaum in Sufi Naqshbandi of Islam. Beginning with the Abu Said of the Timur Dynasty, Shaykh Ahrar and his family infiltrated various affairs of the Timur Dynasty. Shaykh Ahrar protected the security of the people of the dynasty;by virtue of his popularity, he helped Abu Said get throne and became a religious agent;he served as a mediator between the nobility of the Timur Dynasty;he inspired the Timur Sultans to accept Islamic law and gain the trust of the rulers and the people by paying taxes. In the late period of the Timur Dynasty, the family used its religious influence to take part in the royal strife, becoming one of the reasons that led to the destruction of the Timur Dynasty in Central Asia.
