摘要 针对传统轨道吊四绳小车、八绳小车使用中存在的运行能耗高、整机轮压大、维保工作量大、吊具无法倾转等问题,提出了一种新型全功能小车,在改进原有设计的基础上,实现了防摇、吊具姿态调整、小车机构纠偏和钢丝绳寿命延长等关键功能,且在功能、能耗、环保各方面均表现更为优异。 Aiming at some problems existing in the use of traditional four-rope trolley and eight-rope trolley of rail-mounted gantry crane,such as high energy consumption,large wheel pressure,heavy maintenance workload,and unable to tilt spreaders,a new type of full-function trolley is proposed.On the basis of improving the original design,key functions such as anti-swing,attitude adjustment of spreader,deviation correction of trolley mechanism and life extension of wire rope are realized.Compared with the traditional trolleys,the new full-function trolleys perform better in function,energy consumption and environmental protection.
