摘要
目的评价采用PDCA模式带教新护士及轮转护士的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月在南京医科大学第一附属医院老年神经血液科接受培训的新护士及轮转护士共50人,按随机数字表法分为试验组(25人)和对照组(25人)。运用计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Action)即PDCA模式对试验组护士进行带教3个月,对照组护士实施传统带教模式,对两组护士的理论知识水平、技能操作水平、患者满意度评分及护士对带教老师的满意度进行考核比较。结果试验组护士的理论知识水平、技能操作水平、出院患者满意度评分及对带教老师的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论运用PDCA模式带教新护士及轮转护士,能让她们尽快适应科室工作环境,提高专科理论和技能操作水平,提高患者满意度,满足临床工作的需要。
Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA model on teaching new nurses and rotating nurses.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,a total of 50 new nurses and rotating nurses were selected who were trained in the Department of Geriatric Neurology and Hematology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.They were divided randomly into experimental group and control group with 25 nurses in each group.The nurses from experimental group were trained for 3 months using Plan,Do,Check,Action mode(PDCA mode)who were compared with the nurses in control group receiving traditional teaching mode.After a three-month teaching,the nurses were evaluated based on their knowledge,operation skill,training time to achieve independent operation and patient satisfaction survey.Results The performance of knowledge,operation skill,patient satisfaction survey and nurses satisfaction survey of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group.Conclusions New nurses and rotating nurses,who were trained using PDCA mode can quickly acquire theory and skills of subspecialty,and meet the requirement of clinical nursing,which improves patients satisfaction.
