一种传动轴护套热害问题解决方法

摘要 传动轴护套作为防护传动轴球笼的非金属部件,其耐久性能尤为重要。对于后排气方案的发动机,传动轴护套不可避免的位于排气系统附近,如果传动轴护套位置温度过高,必然加速传动轴护套老化速度、影响传动轴护套内球笼润滑脂润滑效果,加速传动轴球笼磨损。文章通过一种简易的导风结构,改变传动轴护套周边流场,改善传动轴护套周边温度,从而达到有效防护传动轴护套及球笼润滑脂的效果。 As a non-metal part of protecting the driving shaft C.V joint(Constant Velocity joints),the durability of DSS(driving shaft sheath)is particularly important.For those rear exhaust engine,which means the DSS certainly located close to the exhaust system,if the temperature near DSS is too high,the influence will as follows.A.It will inevitably accelerate the DSS aging speed.B.It decreases the C.V joint grease lubrication inside the DSS.C.It accelerates abrasion of the DSS C.V.joint.In this article,in order to effectively protect the DSS and also keep the C.V joint grease performance,a simple wind-driven structure is introduced to change the surrounding flow field of the DSS and to improve the surrounding temperature of the DSS.
