摘要
针对废旧钝黑铝装药难以被妥善回收的难题,首次以石油醚为洗涤剂对已粉碎的废旧钝黑铝装药进行洗涤,清除炸药中含有的钝感剂。以丙酮为溶剂采用溶剂萃取法将废旧钝黑铝装药中的Al粉和RDX逐一分离提取。对回收得到的RDX进行晶体形貌和性能测试,结果满足GJB296A-95的指标要求。进行多组试验后总结出达到RDX最佳回收效能时的搅拌转速为350 r/min,溶解时间为20 min,溶解温度为55℃,过滤时间为3 min。该组试验参数设定可以为后续的工程化分离回收废旧混合炸药提供参考。
Aimed at the difficulty of properly recycling abandoned A-IX-II propellant,the abandoned A-IX-II propellant was firstly washed with petroleum ether as a detergent.Al and RDX in abandoned A-IX-II propellant was extracted acetone as solvent.The crystal morphology and performance of the recovered RDX were tested,show that recovered RDX meets the requirements of the GJB296A-95.After conducting multiple tests,the best conditions were summarized for recycling RDX,these are,stirring speed is 350r/min,dissoluting time is 20 min,dissolving temperature is 55℃,filtering time is 3min.The test parameters can provide reference for the subsequent research of engineering separation and recycling of abandoned mixed explosives.
