摘要
目的探讨二脉养心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿120例进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组60例,采用常规西药治疗,观察组60例,采用二脉养心汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的临床总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,组间差异性显著(χ2=7.57,P=0.06);治疗前,组间在CK-MB、CK-MB/CK、hs-cTnI等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患各指标水平均明显下降,但观察组均明显优于同期对照组(P<0.05)治疗前,观察组与对照组患者中医症候积分分别为(17.8±2.1)分、(17.6±2.3)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.497,P=0.310);治疗后观察组为(8.1±1.1)分,明显低于对照组的(12.9±2.1)分(t=15.684,P=0.000)。结论采用二脉养心汤对病毒性心肌炎患儿实施治疗效果显著,有利于改善患儿病情,促使症状改善,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ermai Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 120 children with viral myocarditis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were conveniently enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and 60 patients in the observation group of treatment with Ermai Yangxin Decoction was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.0%). The difference between the groups was significant (χ^2=7.57, P=0.06). Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the indicators of CK-MB and CK-MB/CK and hs-cTnI (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of each index decreased significantly, but the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group and the control group were (17.8±2.1) points and (17.6±2.3) points respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (t=0.497, P=0.310). After treatment, the observation group was (8.1±1.1) points, significantly lower than the control group (12.9±2.1)points (t=15.684, P=0.000). Conclusion The treatment of children with viral myocarditis with Ermai Yangxin Decoction has a significant effect, which is beneficial to improve the disease. The condition of the child promotes the improvement of symptoms and can be promoted and applied clinically.
