摘要
目的采用比率分析法对冷沉淀凝血因子的质量进行评价。方法制备冷沉淀凝血因子,并收集整理2017年质控抽检数据,对其定量检测项目进行比率换算,将各项目结果绘制在一张折线图或柱形图中进行趋势分析。结果一月份1、2、4号样本因子Ⅷ含量均低于标准值偏离率,偏离率分别为-6.69%、-3.85%、-9.00%。5月份抽检的17～20号标本,容量项目均高于标准值偏离率上限,其偏离标准率均为28%。7月份抽检的26号标本,纤维蛋白原含量和因子Ⅷ含量结果均低于标准值偏离率,偏离标准率分别为-51.34%和-28.32%,其余项目检测结果均符合《全血及成分血质量要求》。结论采用比率分析法,可以将不同单位冷沉淀凝血因子的检测项目关系进行统一,从而通过一张趋势图来分析比较项目间的横向关系,也可进行血液品种间的纵向比较,分析其中可能存在的问题和风险,提早做好相应的预防及改进措施,这不仅提升了质控数据的应用效率,同时也为临床供血安全提供帮助。
Objective To evaluate the quality of cryoprecipitate factor by ratio analysis. Methods The cryoprecipitate clotting factors were prepared, and the quality control sampling data of 2017 was collected and compiled. The quantitative test items were converted into ratios. The results of each project were plotted in a line chart or a column chart for trend were analyzed. Results The factor VIII content of samples 1, 2, and 4 in January was lower than the standard deviation rate, and the deviation rates were -6.69%,-3.85%, and -9.00%, respectively. In the sample No. 17-20 sampled in May, the capacity items were higher than the upper limit of the standard value deviation rate, and the deviation standard rate was 28%. In the sample No. 26 sampled in July, the results of fibrinogen content and factor VIII were lower than the standard deviation rate, and the deviation standard rates were -51.34% and -28.32%, respectively. The results of other projects were consistent with "whole blood and blood components " Quality requirements". Conclusion Using the ratio analysis method, the relationship between the detection units of different units of cryoprecipitate factors can be unified, so that a horizontal trend can be analyzed through a trend graph, and longitudinal comparisons between blood varieties can also be performed. The problems and risks, and the corresponding prevention and improvement measures in advance, not only improve the application efficiency of quality control data, but also help the clinical blood supply safety.
