摘要
目的回顾性分析中国驻马里维和医疗队(2013—2018)空运后送战伤伤员的护理实践,即空运后送团队的药品及设备准备、护理等级及操作、护理核心指标三个层面。方法自2016年4月—2018年4月,42例入选伤员经空运后送至上级医院,数据来自于三个方面:《中国驻马里维和二级医院信息管理系统》,《联合国医疗行动手册》,医疗后送护理分析报告。结果 42例后送伤员战伤等级中度为主(22/42,52.38%),致伤武器以IEDs为主(33/42,78.57%),护理等级以常规护理为主,除目测生命体征外,主要施行护理操作为心电监护、补液、吸氧,后送途中以护理核心指标为关键,空运后送途中主要生命体征无显著变化,护理效果满意。结论维和二级医院空运后送护理的经验是施行护理路径化,即将转运前药品及设备准备、转运中护理核心指标及等级、转运结束护理分析报告规范、模式化。
Objective The purpose of Chinese level 2 hospital's medical evacuation is to enable the continuity of care for combat-injury peacekeepers,and share the nursing experience including drug and equipment preparation,nursing level and operation,nursing core indicators.Methods Between April 2016 and April 2018,42 cases of selected patients were sent to higher-level hospitals by air,and the data came from three aspects,see:Reference[1],[2],[3].Results In 42 cases,the evacuation patients were mainly moderately graded(22/42,52.38%),and the IEDs(33/42,78.57%)were the main weapons of injury.The nursing level was based on routine care,except for visual signs.The main implementation of nursing operations were ECG monitoring,rehydration,oxygen,nursing core indicators was important.After air transport,the main vital signs did not change significantly,the nursing effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The experience of evacuation care for airlift at Victoria Secondary Hospital is the implementation of nursing pathways,ie,pre-transportation drug and equipment preparation,core indicators and levels of nursing care in transit,and specification of end-of-transit nursing analysis reports.
