摘要
总结出了苏州工业园区职业技术学院混合所有制办学成功的3点经验,包括"政府前期深度参与、办学实施绩效考核、校企合作取得突破"。分析给出了长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院实施混合所有制改革的3点良好基础优势,即"本土政策优势、良好的办学特色、改革的充足动力"。继而结合长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院的实际情况,从"转变思维、大胆作为、树立机制、放大优势"4个方面提出了对策建议。
Three conclusions are drawn on the successful experiences of running vocational technical schools in Suzhou Industrial Park, schools of mixed ownership. These conclusions of successful experience include "deep participation of government in early stage","performance appraisal in running schools" and "breakthrough in school-enterprise cooperation". Then, three fundamental advantages for reforming Changsha Commerce & Tourism College into a mixed ownership institute are analyzed. These advantages include "local policy advantage","good features of running schools" and "sufficient motivation for reform". Finally, four suggestions of "changing mindset","bold action","establishing mechanism" and "enhancing advantages" are put forward based on the practical situation of Changsha Commerce & Tourism College.
