摘要
肘管综合征是临床常见的周围神经卡压性疾病,如不及时进行治疗,可导致手功能障碍,降低患者身体健康和生活质量。因此肘管综合征的早期诊断和治疗对于提高手术治疗效果具有非常重要的作用。在肘管综合征诊断方面,近些年发展起来的高频超声技术及磁共振成像得到了快速推广应用,并取得了较好的效果;在肘管综合征治疗方面,近些年发展形成了多种手术术式,在实际治疗过程中应选择何种术式一直是专家学者争论的焦点。基于此,现对近些年关于肘管综合征的病因诊断及治疗进展进行综述,以期为肘管综合征的临床诊断和治疗提供借鉴。
Cubital tunnel syndrome(Cubital tunnel syndrome)was a common clinical peripheral nerve entrapment disease.If not treated in time,it could lead to hand dysfunction and reduce the health and quality of life of patients.Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome play a very important role in improving the therapeutic effect of surgery.In the diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome,the high-frequency ultrasound technology and magnetic resonance imaging developed in recent years had been rapidly popularized and applied,and achieved good results;in the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome,in recent years,a variety of surgical methods had been developed,which surgical methods should be chosen in the actual treatment process had been the focus of debate among experts and scholars.Based on this,the progress of etiological diagnosis and treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome in recent years was reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome.
