摘要
目的通过分析定西市2005—2017年结核病流行特征,为今后定西市结核病防治工作的开展提供依据。方法选取结核病信息管理系统中登记的定西市2005—2017年肺结核患者为研究对象,用构成比、率进行数据统计分析。结果 2005—2017年定西市结核病年均登记率为62.00/10万,自2011年开始呈现逐年下降的趋势,每年度均有不同程度的地域波动,结核病患者男性高于女性,15～74岁为发病高峰,占93.92%,农村结核病患者明显高于城镇,农民占83.65%。结论从整体上来看,定西市对结核病的防治工作较为合理,疫情得到了一定程度的控制,但是有关部门仍需要加强对结核病建立全面的防控网络,提高DOTS策略,开展健康教育等防治工作。
OBJECTIVE To provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Dingxi in the future by analyzing the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis in Dingxi in 2005 to 2017.METHODS The tuberculosis patients in Dingxi,registered in the Tuberculosis information management system,were selected to analyze the data statistically with the composition ratio and rate.RESULTS The average annual registration rate of tuberculosis in Dingxi from 2005 to 2017 was 62.00/100 000,which began to show a decreasing trend from 2011 to year,with different degrees of regional fluctuation,the proportion of tuberculosis patients was higher than that of women,15~74 years was the peak of onset,accounting for 93.92%.Rural tuberculosis patients were significantly higher than towns,farmers accounted for 83.65%.CONCLUSION On the whole,the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Dingxi was more reasonable and the epidemic had been controlled to a certain extent,but the relevant departments still needed to strengthen the establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control network for tuberculosis,improve the dots strategy,and carry out health education and other prevention and control work.
